What people usually ask before the Sprint.
Yes. The Sprint stands on its own. You keep the report, your payback date and the build brief, and there is nothing more to sign. You only go on to the build if the numbers make sense to you.
By month 12, the fixes we build will have saved or earned you at least what you paid us. If they haven't, we keep building at no charge for up to 6 more months until they have. It's written into the agreement. We only offer the build if the Sprint shows a clear path to that number. Read the conditions.
Yes. If you go ahead, your Sprint fee counts as your first month. Focus is a NZ$2,500 Sprint over 5 days, then NZ$5,000 a month for 6 months. Scale is a NZ$5,000 Sprint over 2 weeks, then NZ$10,000 a month for 6 months. Prices plus GST.
Tool and platform costs are passed on at cost, with no markup. We give you the running cost in the Sprint report before you decide to build, and it comes off the saving when we work out your payback.
Our team. JP works with you directly and brings in an engineer when a fix needs one. Everything we build is handed over to you at month six.
We roll each fix out small. We start with the one person everyone goes to, then half the team, then everyone. That person becomes your champion, and we train the rest of the team through them.
