Our 12 month payback guarantee

How we measure it

• Before we build anything, we agree a starting point with you in the Sprint report: how many hours each job takes and what those hours cost you.
• Value is the staff time saved on those jobs, at the hourly cost we agreed, plus any extra revenue we both agree in writing came from a fix.
• We take off what the fixes cost to run, such as tools, hosting and usage fees. So you see the real saving, not the headline one.
• Each month you send us the time and usage figures we agree on, and we send you a short report showing value to date.
• At month 12 we send a final statement. You have 20 working days to query it with your own figures.

The conditions

The guarantee applies when you:

• pay the Programme fees on time
• name one person on your team as the rollout champion and give them time to work with us
• follow the agreed rollout plan and use the fixes for the jobs they were built for
• give us reasonable access to the systems, data and people we need
• send the monthly figures we agreed

What it doesn't cover

We are not responsible for a shortfall caused by:

• a condition above not being met
• a system or process a fix relies on being changed or removed without talking to us first
• a big change in your business, such as a restructure, a large drop in work or a sale
• a third-party tool failing, changing its price or shutting down
• events outside anyone's reasonable control

If the number isn't reached

• We keep working on your fixes, or agreed replacements, at no charge for up to 6 more months until the value equals what you paid.
• The conditions still apply during that time, and tool costs are still passed on at cost.
• The guarantee is extra building, not a refund.
